- We ship worldwide and usually need one business days to prepare and pack your order.
- All shipping are registered with tracking number. The tracking number will be send to you once the parcel has been processed by the courier partner.
- International delivery will take around 2-3 weeks, depending on your local custom clearance. You may check the shipping status of your parcel with the tracking number.
Custom Taxes & Duties
When shipping to international addresses, the recipient of the package will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.
