Return, Refund & Warranty

Return Policy

- We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However if you change your mind, we offer a return and refund within 14 days after your parcel has been delivered. The item has to be in the same condition when you received it, in the original packaging unused and not damaged​. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.​

Please pack the item securely with your name, order details and return confirmation to Singapore. We recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received your items. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. There will be a fee of SGD40 deducted from the total amount of the returned items to cover the shipping cost when the item is shipped to you and any taxes or duties incurred.

Warranty

All our watches undergo stringent test and quality check before leaving our workshop. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The watch comes with 12 months warranty that covers repair or replacement. The warranty does not covers the following:

  • Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance, mechanical failure due to visible knocks and dents, water ingress due to improper use of the crown.
  • Superficial damage such as scratches, dents, knocks and wear and tear arising from regular use.
  • Damage or failure arising from tampering with or opening the watch, repair or modification by a third-party person or company.

Please email us with detail description of the issue and attached photo if possible. We will assess the issue and reply within 2 working days. If the item need to be returned back to us for servicing and repair, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
